Add a clearly specified 110mm slab-cutting blade to professional accessory programs.

Product Overview
BK-9085 Ultra-Thin Brazed Blade
Developed for large-format sintered stone and dense stone slabs, BK-9085 combines an ultra-thin coated steel body with eight vacuum-brazed diamond segments. The open relief pattern supports debris clearance while preserving a continuous, easy-to-inspect cutting profile.
Supply installers processing sintered stone, porcelain slab and natural stone.
Evaluate edge quality, cutting stability and rim life against an approved sample.
Confirm coating, face artwork, reducer ring, packaging and carton data before production.
Engineering Structure
Thin Kerf. Visible Grit. Controlled Feed.
The approved structure uses a flat 0.9mm body, 20mm center bore, eight broad arc segments and a 10mm vacuum-brazed abrasive band. These features can be measured and visually compared during sample approval and bulk inspection.
- Sintered Stone
- Porcelain Slab
- Marble
- Granite
- Engineered Stone
- Dense Tile
Dense exposed grains create an aggressive cutting surface around each segment.
Narrow radial relief gaps support debris clearance and reduce heat concentration.
A narrow body reduces material removal when the blade is correctly aligned and supported.
Clean mounting geometry supports centered installation on a compatible guarded stone saw.
Close-Up Inspection
Details Buyers Can Approve
Abrasive coverage, segment gaps, center-bore accuracy and face artwork are isolated for sample sign-off and batch comparison.

Check abrasive distribution, brazing coverage, band width and missing areas against the signed sample.

Confirm eight evenly spaced gaps, clean machining and consistent circular geometry.

Confirm bore diameter, circularity, rotation arrow, size marking and approved brand artwork.
Technical Data
Reference Specification
The approved reference is 110 x 20 x 0.9mm with a 10mm abrasive band. A 20-to-16mm reducer ring can be quoted when required, subject to final tool compatibility confirmation.

Application Scenario
Large-Format Slab Cutting
The professional setup uses a compatible guarded marble cutter or stone saw, a supported and clamped slab, controlled straight feed and appropriate personal protective equipment.
Use only on a compatible guarded machine. Inspect the blade before installation, support and clamp the slab, keep the baseplate flat, control feed pressure, avoid twisting or side loading, wear eye, hearing, respiratory and hand protection, and never exceed the blade or tool marked speed.
Factory Supply Control
Six Checks Before Packing
Bulk production is compared with the approved sample for dimensions, flatness, abrasive coverage, gap geometry, printing and pack-out data.
Verify 110mm diameter, 20mm bore, 0.9mm body and 10mm abrasive band.
Inspect circularity, visible warpage and ultra-thin core deformation.
Check grain exposure, brazing coverage and missing abrasive areas.
Check eight-gap spacing, edge condition, symmetry and burr control.
Verify brand, model, size, rotation arrow and required safety marks.
Confirm quantity, separators, labels, carton weight and shipping marks.
